the only file i saw in your picture was a user.php
that is not be a valid file to view in a web browser.
it is usually only a system file along with a php.ini file.
the valid types are normally index.html or index.php
also make sure if you have a .htaccess file in the main directory,
that there is nothing that prevents folder access.
i figured out the problem with the PHP file not loading it was because of my .htaccess file
