Support Request Template suggestion

This is just a suggestion to make it easier for support agents

Include the following

  • Url (so support knows the url)
  • Script Software(if possible)
  • X10 Server (just in case it's a server issue)
  • Description of issue
  • Screen Shot (so we the members and support members can get a clear idea)
This is just a suggestion but I think it would be more efficient

In the backend we have a tool that gives us the server and domain name, however we always encourage a detailed, thorough description of the issue at hand.

I'd agree - not everybody who is capable of helping out has access to the admin tools (JM, or whatever is being used at the moment). While it is true that for a lot of user problems, file system access is actually necessary, there are also a lot of things that happen because of malformed links and/or invalid markup that can easily be spotted with a simple View->Source, and a URL would be awfully handy, especially now that there's no pre-qualification for replying in Free Hosting. (If nothing else, it gives you access to software/script expertise - there are a lot of things that look like hosting problems but turn out to be script misconfigs, plugin problems and so forth.)
