I'm trying to get resolution to this problem but so far no one is willing to help. Ever since I created my free account, I've been logging in as required every month, but I still receive suspension warnings each month and this month my account was actually suspended. I've been in contact with support but the problem was never resolved. I realize free accounts don't receive support, but due to the nature of this problem, I believe it's in X10's best interests to resolve it. So far, I'm getting no help from them. Any idea why this log-in issue is happening?
