I was suspended for having a proxy, i was testing a script for upload to another site but in dream weaver my default site is my x10hosting one and it automatically syncs the local files with those on the ftp.

i have deleted the files

please un-suspend me

A proxy falls under the "Zero Tolerance Policy" meaning your account will most likely not be un-suspended.

Under the TOS you are still responsible for everything on your site, and a proxy got uploaded. Dreamweaver also doesn't just decide to upload things at random without you having some input on it (such as telling it to upload a folder, and a subfolder has the proxy in it). Awesomexr was correct with one minor correction: There is no "most likely won't be unsuspended." It simply won't be, period.
