When I try to access my URL I get redirected to this URL http://notices.x10hosting.com/suspended and This Account Has Been Suspended message appears, can somebody help me please?, thanks!

have you tried to log-in to get the actual reason for suspension ?
the link you provided shows multiple reasons that might be the cause.
its possible you were doing something (or didn't do something that's required)
(like logging in within 30 days) that resulted in your account suspension.

It was not suspended in the system. I did put a suspension on and then lifted it immediately. If that didn't work, then I'll ask for admin help.
