Why won't my homepage load Budgetavit.com, but all paths are fine, like BudgetAVIT.com/example?

I have the DNS for the domain pointing to x10's IP address. I added the domain as parked domain in cPanel, and changed the wordpress address from the subdomain to my parked domain.

Clicking on the links you have provided open your web site for me. Maybe it just took some time to propagate through the system.
