Two weird problems.

I got two weird problems in my website. When people sign up, they are ALWAYS at EACH HOUR greeted with this beautiful message:
503 Service Unavailable
-Litespeed web server blah blah.

The site loads properly. It happens when they sign up.

And the cron is not working.
I don't expect much from free web hosting, because i always understand you get what you pay for.

1. It might have something to do with what your registration script does (since the normal .php page seem to work). What exactly does it do?

2. Properly written and configured cron jobs work on your server.

They are properly configured, the cron, and the first problem since it shows a server busy page i believe it is server related.
