Unable to add the domain name − (XID a8xab5)

Hi, I am trying to create an add-on domain for my account, however I am getting the following error:

Unable to add the domain name − (XID a8xab5) Could not determine the nameserver IP addresses for “thoughtprovoking.co.nz”. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

When I registered the domain I updated the Nameservers to reflect x10hosting's DNS settings as shown in screenshot attached

Please tell me why I could be getting this error and how to resolve it thank you.
