I've not forgotten my email or password
My site is live and I can access ftp

I received an email from .x10Hosting entitled "Account Inactivity Final Warning". When I went to the link provided for the Account Portal I got an error message when I tried to login. I am able to access the Cpanel page and my web site content is accessible.

I have this problem as well. It is stated "An error has occurred processing your request" when I try to login, or reset my password. I can't access my account at all. The site still working though.

The same thing happened to me. I hope this get resolved soon! Also, my site is unavailable - says it has been suspended. This was the first notice I received.

Yep same. cant login to c-panel but my site is up and going fine.
Cant edit anything though.

A Potential Fix
Try loging in here: https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess9508997707/frontend/basic/filemanager/
Your username is your sub domain (without the x10Hosting bit) with x1, x2, x3 ect. at the end.
Your password is your account password.
