Unable to retrieve mails with Outlook

This has been working fine for 5 years.

Since yesterday, I have an error on POP receive that the server does not support the type of encryption requested.

Outlook 2013 offers the choice of SSL or TLS. Neither works. What's changed ?

(Naturally, I've checked that the account is not suspended, and a message was received this morning, which I could view with webmail.)

Thank you to everyone who didn't help
The message was correct, TLS 1.0 is no longer supported by X10.
To enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 on my Windows 7 PC, I made the registry changes described here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-au...and-tls-1-2-as-default-secure-protocols-in-wi
Now I can retrieve my mails again
