URL Forwarding

I need to know how to change my .x10host.com domain to forward to my separate one that I have attached. It says MAIN and doesn't give the option.

Also, if I wanted to add another domain just for forwarding purposes, how would I do that? (I.e, what settings would I tick when adding the domain)?
