Sorry, I didn't see this until just now. Westwood is tied for third place, nine strokes back. This late in the game, I would be thoroughly surprised if he even came within a few shots of the lead. It would take a herculean effort on his part, coupled with a meltdown by McIlroy akin to the one he went through just a couple months ago at the Masters. So no, I don't think he can do it.

I like Westwood though. He's awfully consistent, even though he doesn't win very often. He seems to always finish in the top 10 in majors. A class act as well.
