vbuliten install error

i got vbuliten and it says this error i have mysql setup

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

Did you create a database before had setting all the permissions?
Did you but in the prifixes for the db name and username?
Did you check the spelling of db names, usernames and passwords? (thats happend to me a few times)

never mind i found out i went to edit my config.php file
