Web Server and MySQL Upgrades

I have started the process of upgrading the web and MySQL servers. In order to prevent any considerable downtime I am performing the upgrades in stages. I hope to have it completed in the next 24 hours but it may take 48. In order to switch MySQL over, there will be a brief period of downtime so we do not lose any database updates. I will update this thread when it is time to move MySQL.

It is possibly related, could also occur if you recently changed your domain.
