My situation might be unique in that I wasn't able to get a bypass code, dispite making an introduction post. Account creator James responded to my plea and supplied me with one, which I used, but my account wasn't created.

those two accounts were chosen at random by a friend. i gave him a number set to chose from and he chose those 2 numbers

Please search before you post. The bypass lottery system is having some glitches, and I think the admins are trying to fix it as we speak
