I only have IE7 and currently do not have many visitors to my site.

I'm not very good at critiquing CSS, so let's skip to the appearance.

Well, it looks very "corporate-ish". To, me, the colors are as expected from a professional site, but there's something about the color teal taking over the site that I'm not liking. Suppose you add colors that contrast with the teal/green? How about a few more images? I googled some examples you could use to help inspire you:

Firstly, the site is meant to have a corporate feel, so thats good...

Your comment about Teal taking over is interesting and I think I will indeed include some more contrasting test/images to break it up. (maybe a terracotta)
