"Who goes there?" error message

I want to cancel/delete my x10Hosting site but when I tried login from another country, I got the "Who goes there?" error message. I couldn't go past it.
Can anyone help please?

This is the whole error message:

"Who goes there?" We've detected that you are signing in from a country that is different from where your account signed up. Your sign-in is from United States while your account was registered from Mexico.

You may use the help messenger at the bottom-right of your screen.

If you're wanting the account to be deleted then there isn't too much of a point needing to login. If it's inactive for almost a month (assuming it's a free account) then it will be deleted anyway.

Actually it will take more then a month for it to be deleted. It will be suspended for being inactive after a month of no logging in, and subsequently deleted about three weeks after that (never less then 21 days, but could be slightly longer).

Do note that only the hosting portion would be deleted, not the client/forum accounts (this also applies when you request deletion).
