Why was I banned from the IRC Chat?

I use the name Joshua at the IRC Chat. I tried to login today and noticed I was banned. Why was I banned? Can someone give me a full explanation. I might have tried to login to the chatroom using a network that had a proxy. I did not know I was using a proxy. The network might have a proxy on it. I am not sure.

It seems the help system banned you automatically from the channel - you should now be able to join. If you're interested, this was because you were kicked from #x10hub for idling, but rejoined immediately. Kindly note that idling is not permitted in #x10hub (it is just a channel for users needing support). Feel free to join #x10Hosting if you just want to hang around - this is the "general chat" channel on the IRC.
