Why won't my website load?

I thought my website got too much traffic one day last week, but it hasn't been able to load ever since.

Can you log onto cPanel?

I just checked, and I can't sign into my Control Panel.

Usually I just sign into the x10hosting.com site, and click on Control Panel. Now it's asking me to sign into the Control Panel too, on a new screen that I've never seen. Every time I try to sign in, my password gets rejected.

There's no lost password recovery option to help me remember which password they're talking about. I thought I only had one password.
