Resolved Windows 10 mail wont connect

When I try to set up my windows 10 laptop to connect the mail to my mail on the server I keep getting the error that we couldn't access the account either update password or allow this device to sync with the mailbox. The website I'm having trouble is www.delaboleunitedafc.x10host.com I have tried the email address of admin@delaboleunitedafc.x10host.com and delabol2@localhost.x10host.com. I have allowed the laptop to sync with the mail box but still wont connect, can you help me with what I'm doing wrong here.

the admin@delaboleunitedafc.x10host.com account seems to be obsolete and looking on my email accounts for x10 hosting I have delabol2@delaboleunitedafc.x10host.com and leechacks@delaboleunitedafc.x10host.com, I only need one that works so which one will work and which can I delete and the settings for my laptop mail.

Whichever accounts you created on the email page will work.

Hi @garrettroyce I'll try those settings to make sure thank you, must be a Windows 10 mail thing that keeps coming up with the error

Any good mail client should reject SSL connections to [yoursite].x10.mx, in example, because the security is not valid for that combination. The STARTTLS vs TLS issue is subtle, but completely incompatible.

I understand now as my website is not a secure one my mail client on Windows 10 with say there's issues with it.
