Wordpress - Error establishing a database connection, too

hello sir

I am having db problem on with.with.x10.mx
When I open my page it says:
Error establishing a database connection

Database on cPanel is empty, but wordpress is installed as it was on server.
Everything was good before migration.
Please help.
