you're connecting with a network proxy, VPN, or Tor..

    I'm getting this message when trying to log into my portal.

    Not using any VPN or Tor atm, but I may have by mistake earlier when I had forgotten to disable a VPN service I was using at the time. (To get around the local network limitations)

    Logged out and tired again with no change.. Um.. help please.

    Thanks Kenny9 but the very 1st line in that process states:
    you'll need to access our account control panel, available here: https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login

    The point is with this so called VPN or Tor false detection/trigger, Only the warning message is shown, with the recommendation either Post in Forum (duh) or Contact Support via Email (done)
    Support email reply was an echo of what the warning message is. yeah seriously :/

    I take it x10 didn't bother to help?
