I got suspended for sending too many emails with my vbulletin, I swear to god I was sending a reminder email to inform my members my site was back up now it's back offline :( please can you unsuspend it for me?

Hello, I just reviewed a former locked thread that stated that mod_rewrite was ENABLED under free hosting accounts. After attempting to install.... I have found ERROR:
Error: mod_rewrite is not enabled

Apache's mod_rewrite extension must be enabled
