My old x10hosting account was deleted for some reason, but it said I can sign up again, which I did. I tried adding my domains to the new account but got an error: "Sorry, you can not add a DNS record for a subdomain of another user’s domain." I found this confusing. I need help

Try changing your PHP version manually. Go to CPanel and Select "PHP Version". Then change it

First of all: I am also getting that issue, as are many other people. Second of all: x10hosting shut down the status page due to not many people using it

They found that not many people used that page, and moved on to other ways for their staff to know the status.

I am hoping we can get a Staff Member on this forum to explain what is going on. We would like answers.
