Cpanel Login Problems

HI, I'm a brand new user. I made an account this morning and cannot seem to login to Cpanel. After entering my details the message at the top of the screen reads "login successful, redirecting..." then the screen refreshes and I'm prompted to enter my user name and password again with the message now reading "you must specify a username to login"

Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem. I just kept trying and it eventually worked.

How long before that worked? I wonder if its just an issue with new accounts.

I had this problem with my new account however i solved it. It took me about 10 minutes to solve.

I logged out of my account, I cleared cache, logged back in and it worked.

if you haven't already fixed it. try that.
