Filesystem Running Out of space!

Hey. I host a world of tanks clan forum at http://wrya.x10host.com/index.php
I wanted to see if there is anything new posted or something to do and then this popped up:
Connection Problems

Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

Then i wanted to go to CPanel to see whats up with that it says Filesystem running out of space, clean up some disk from unneeded files or something of that sort. How can i fix it/please can someone fix it.

What server are you on?

You probably need to wait for an admin to clean up the filesystem.

Well now at least the site is up but the CPanel and all that is still down, it says this when i try to log in:

This website is offline

No cached version is available

That looks to be a "CloudFare" error - which is not x10hosting
