I am trying to install Koha Library System (http://www.koha.org/). I need help getting this setup. I have NEVER dealt with PERL before and do not know how to install a new script. I am using a free hosting account. Can someone guide me through the process of installing this please?

Looking at the requirements for koha, it would not be supported on Free Hosting. You may be able to ask for the prerequisites to be installed if you had an x10Premium account (it depends on server software that needs to be installed by x10Hosting on a shared server environment, so you would be unable to install/run those components yourself even on x10Premium), or you could opt for x10VPS which would give you the full control over the server needed in order to install its prerequisites.
