Add FTP User

Hello.
I need to setup a FTP user and wanted to note that I am currently trying to unzip .rar files. I have them as a .zip version but need to upload them via FTP than file manager.

Hi Petia,

Your account automatically has an FTP account created on creation, which you can use to upload the files you need. You can connect by using your domain name as the FTP "host", and your cPanel credentials as the username and password.

Alternatively, if you are looking to create an additional FTP account, you should be able to do this in the "FTP Accounts" section in cPanel.
