kind of FILE MANAGER

Hello,
i'd like to use a FILE MANAGER different from the one on my X10hosting web because i would prefer to use this kind of FILE MANAGER on pic below so how can i do that ?:

Currently the only web file manager available is the one available in cPanel. Alternatively, you can manage your files by using FTP.

While you may be able to install a different, web-based file manager, please be careful if you do this, and ensure the file manager is secure.

Or if you want to still use Firefox there are FTP plugins, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/fireftp/ for example is the first result.
