Bookmark title?

Im not even real sure how to accurately ask this question , but basically what I am wanting to know, is how/what do you change so that when someone book marks your page the title of the bookmark is not "home" ..

Browsers base the bookmark name off the <title> tag in your HTML document. In your site's HTML code, change "
<title>Home</title>" to something else.

I only see 2 html files in the publichtml folder and neither of them are showing the title, is this something that has to be changed in a CSS file?


Never mind .. I found it in a PHP file .. ty
