Hi, I have been having trouble with this since the beginning of September and the issue never has been resolved.
From what I understand is 1. the server is not responding, or 2. it's taking longer than 30sec for a process to be run. I am not sure what is happening, so is it possible to have a staff look?
The code has not been touched since June, so I am confused why this decided to occur.
