Appeal not Solved.

Uploaded game server files that I was not aware of NOT being allowed, is there anyway I can have these explicit files deleted and have my website unsuspended? or at least have 12 hours or so to download my site and continue with things?

You would need to create an appeal at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login if you think this suspension was made in error.

If your appeal is accepted, the suspension will be lifted. If your appeal is rejected, we cannot grant any access to your account or its contents under section 7 of the Terms of Service.
