"This site casn't be reached ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

Just setup a site up today and when all was done after installing Wordpress through Softaculous I went to visit my domain at https://marionmckenna.x10.bz/ and I got this error "This site casn't be reached ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".
I tried flushing the DNS Cache on this machine and still nothing.
I did have success viewing the site using my phone's data service and also when I logged into my neighbors service but when I use my home connection it is refused (both wired & wireless).
Any help would be appreciated...

I could view your site ok also,
so it might be something with your computer settings and the dns.

Can you sign in to cpanel from your computer ? or do you get an error?
did you clear all cache's and temp files on your computer ?
are your settings correct in internet explorer ?
do you receive this error trying t connect to other websites too ?

Yes, I was able to log into the cpanel but just couldn't see the front end.
Yes I cleared all of the cache & temp files from computer & the browsers too.
Who uses internet explorer?????????????????????????????
Yes, Chrome is set up correctly because it worked perfectly when viewing another x10hosting site I help set up.
It was giving me the same error on PC and on Mac computers
Funny thing is after I read your msg I tried it again and it mysterously seems to be working now.
