No subdomain

Hello,

After migration from xo3 to X12, i've changed my DNS IPs in Cloudflaire to point the new server. This work fine with my main domain, but not with my subdomain. I have a 522 error and had, when i tried to acces domain.com/subdomain, an error "Forbidden access".

I've renamed subdomain folder, then deleted-recreated my subdomain in DirectAdmin and migrated my files in the new folder. Now, i can access to domain.com/subdomain, but still not to subdomain.domain.com. I still have a 522 error.

Any idea of what i can do to fix this ?

I've tried several times to delete-recreate my subdomain in DirectAdmin, delete the subdomain and create it as a domain, and then go back to the first step. I deleted and re-registered the DNS for the subdomain in Cloudflare.
Finally it works. But don't ask me why.
