Resolved Something happens with my account and my domain :(

When I try to login, the page keeps loading It also happens when I try to access my domain

FTP does not work

Your last login prior to the last termination cycle was November 2019, so you hadn't logged in for about 5 months. You must log in every 30 days (not once a month) to keep your account active. Only logins to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main count; logging in to this forum, FTP, and DirectAdmin do not count.

I'm requesting an admin to see if your account can be restored.

Oooh okay thanks. Today I login to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main. Everything was fine, I even moved some things in public_html. However, a few minutes later, I was no longer able to access the domains or the DirectAdmin dashboard. When I try to access the domains or the panel, the browser tells me that the server is slow to respond.

The account is in good standing and from what I can tell was not hit by the purge (though it should have been judged on logins between December 7th and March 21st). Not sure where @garrettroyce was looking though since I see logins more recently as well.

The IP is not currently blocked by firewall (though by the description it may have been a temporary block you experienced).

Are you still unable to view your domain and access DirectAdmin/FTP?
