The account is in good standing and from what I can tell was not hit by the purge (though it should have been judged on logins between December 7th and March 21st). Not sure where
@garrettroyce was looking though since I see logins more recently as well.
The IP is not currently blocked by firewall (though by the description it may have been a temporary block you experienced).
Are you still unable to view your domain and access DirectAdmin/FTP?
