posting on someone elses thread might not let your issue be seen by staff.
they dont always read answered posts.

i know beadsx12 might have trouble starting a new thread so maybe

It says that you have a premium upgrade, that usually means that the free account is transferred over to the premium servers and then removed from our free servers. Restoring to a free server in that case would cause disruption as it would also set the IP back to that of the free hosting service.

Premium hosting does have a different login process, where you normally login directly to cPanel for the server you are on, which I can not see unfortunately, but you should have that information within the clients area at: https://clients.x10hosting.com/login

It should also be present in the email you did receive when signing up for the premium hosting. If you still can not login please use the support system from within the clients area as that creates a ticket for the premium hosting staff to see.
