Resolved Inode 100% all time

I've been trying to fix the inode problem for a long time. I have deleted files, deactivated wordpress plugins, but nothing, it is always at maximum inodes. I can't even edit news from my website, please help.

The vast majority of your inodes (files) are in /wp-content/uploads/wpdm-cache (38821 inodes are reported by server).

That folder appears to be in use by Wordpress Download Manager plugin, perhaps you can check the settings of it to reduce the number of files generated, at the very least you should probably pay attention to it and clear once in a while.
