SSL certificate Let's encrypt is not available

Hello.
I wanted to renew the certificate for the web but the "Let's Encript" option is not visible.
I already tried the link https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl/letsencrypt but it redirects me to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl/letsencrypt?redirect=yes and still without show the option.

i show that it is enabled for your account. could you try logging out and clearing your cookies? and then navigate to the main SSL page and see if the tab shows up for letsencrypt

I tried it by clearing the cookies and cache, and in another browser but it didn't work.

Edit:

It looks like x12 let's encrypt isn't working for me either now. I'm forwarding this to the admin team.
