Your permissions might be set wrong. Check your permissions in your file manager. If your permissions are not the case, then it might be something else...

For any people on the absolut server, are you experiencing the same problem, or is it just me? It seems that absolut's server load at the moment is very high. I wonder who is causing this...

The same problem happens to me if you have e-mail activation turned on in phpbb for example. The recipient would receive nothing at all. Why is this happening x10hosting?
