    Cron Job Manager

I'm at a loss, I already understand that crons need to be each run for no less than 5 minutes apart, & I have mine set at 10 minutes just to be sure, where that is fine for what I'm doing, but I have no clue how to open the Cron Job Manager from the CPanel on x10hosting.com.
