Hi please can i have a backup of my sites home directory and database, i cant see anywhere in cpanel to do it, thanks.

Although i love x10 for what they offer us for free, i have to say the constant downtime, errors and generally very slow server speed is getting to the point where i will have to look for another host.

Exactly bro, works okay for a while then random 500 error, someone needs to look at stoli.

Nope still doing it was okay for like 6 mins then 500 error again please get someone to take a look a stoli and see whats going on.

yeah its okay right now but i bet i get a 500 error in the next 10 mins, will report back in 10.

There have been problems with stoli getting intermittant 500 errors all day and its getting really annoying now, i have flushed dns and cleaned browser but it still keeps happening so please can someone take a look and not just say "your site is working okay for me" because yes.. it may well...

Um...no its not its still giving 500 error, worked okay for about 5 mins then 500 error again!

@Boss.....There is nothing wrong with the .htaccess file, im having the same problem and so are other people. Its a server issue or something.

If you're on the stoli server like the rest of us then its down for maintanance bro, hence the many other posts about it...we just have to wait till its done, its all stuff to make the service better for us so whats a bit of down time, we get alot for free here :cool:

Cpanel is down right now bro, they are doing maintenance, im sure Corey and the team will get it sorted asap, till then we just have to wait.

No this is not normal service from x10, they are the best free host there is, there are the odd problems now and again but REMEMBER..this service is free you wont get all this for free anywhere else i can assure you of that. I'm sure the issue will be fixed asap.
