My initial free hosting site was on Lotus, moved a few months ago to Starka. Account somehow ended by suspended after move. Opened ticket, resolved by Anna, who mentioned I might have problems with login. I didn't check, bad me. Now I need to make a change to the site, and I can't get into...

My account has been suspended because it was moved to a different server. I assume this is becuase of the cpanel issue I've been reading about. Can you fix it?
