Resolved "ACCOUNT SUSPENDED", SIN ACCESO A CPANEL, SIN ACCESO FTP

Hola, al acceder a mi dominio me aparece el texto "account suspended", no tengo acceso a cpanel y tampoco por ftp.
Mi dominio es www.wearablecomputer.es, lleva años funcionando sin problemas y no cambié nada.
Accedí al perfil de mi cuenta en X10hosting y todo parece normal no me muestra nada de suspensión, solo aparece "quickftp" el botón de cpanel y mi dominio.
Adjunto las capturas por dar más detalles.
Si fueran tan amables de decirme como debo proceder para restablecer el servicio, si es posible.

From the pictures, I guessed you're suspended. Illuminated membership was not offered after 2015 and all illuminated accounts were made into regular accounts. Regular accounts have a login requirement. Your last prior login was in 2017.

Now that your account is a regular free hosting account, in the future, do not rely on reminder emails as they can get blocked, sent to spam, or any number of things. Logins are required every 30 days (not once a month). Only logins to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main count. FTP logins, DirectAdmin logins, forum logins, etc. do not count; it must be the SSO login. After 30 days inactivity your account is eligible for suspension, then deletion 3 weeks after that. Restorations will not be offered at any time in the foreseeable future; this is a coincidence that it even exists this time.

I'm requesting an admin review your account to see if a restoration is possible.

This is something for Corey, it is odd it even shows the suspended page if it still points to the Illuminated IP it should not work at all as the Illuminated server, to my knowledge should be offline.

I have sent a message to Corey and hopefully he gets back to me quickly, though with him in a different timezone from me it may take a bit.
