"An error was encountered on our end."

Hello,

If this post is not allowed here, my apologies, but I am unsure of the exact nature of error I get when trying to login. Today my inbox had a final warning for inactivity, and when trying to login, I am given the message, "An error was encountered on our end." It also asks me to sign out and back in, which I've tried to no avail.

The help center states, "Inactivity suspensions may be removed immediately upon sign-in through the unsuspend prompt. No further action is required. An unsuspension will take only a moment of time in normal circumstances. If your account is not unsuspended within a few minutes please let us know on our community forums."

RESOLVED: I was using a VPN when trying to login. Logging in without a VPN has corrected the issue.
