Hi there, my website has been down for quite a few days now. I only get the message "Apache is functioning normally" and when I log in my account the cPanel button doesn't do anything.
How can this be fixed?
Thanks

Edit, the cPanel button gives me the message

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on December 2nd.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday last (22nd).

Unfortunately there's no backup package left for your account, this could mean the cleanup has started. I will check with head admin though in case he can do something about it.

Thanks for the info. Does that mean my account has been closed (and terminated) AND I lost the files hosted?

If head admin can not do a restore, that would be the case indeed. He's not currently active but should respond in the next few hours (different timezone from me).

Free hosting does have a login requirement to keep active, and only logins on the portal (main page) would count when it comes to keeping the account active and by the looks you only logged in twice after setting it up until today.
