can any administrotor email the backup of my site to me?

my site has been down for more the 7 days. every time i check it, i see

"Website currently unavailable during a migration process. Please wait, flush your DNS cache, and try again.

I am tired of the interminable waiting.
i can not wait any more, so i decide to move to anothe web host provider, :frown:but I donot not backup my site myself because I trusted you shulde be a responsible and efficient provider and you will finish the migration in a couple of days!
can any administrotor email the backup of my site to me? thanks ahead!

It is not possible to give you a backup of your site.
Users are responsible for creating their own backups.

I am tired to wait)Migration started 7 days ago and still not over.

For me, it takes complete 6 days to get over, but MYSQL setup for my site is still remaining.
