You are not on Fris.
Once your account has been transferred, you will be able to add those MySQL entries.

It seems like the 'Remote Host' feature is disabled during the server move.
It should be reenabled after the move, but I do not know if it will be as individual accounts are moved or it will be when they are all done.
I have left a message with one of the Staff about the issue and I will post back here when I get more information.
