Cannot log into Account Portal/cPanel

Hello everyone!

I noticed earlier on that I couldn't access the account portal/cpanel page to login at this link: http://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php

Also I'm not able to access this link too: https://x10hosting.com/

FTP seems fine and I see files, also my index is all working fine so it seems to just be a web issue.

I keep getting this error:
Website is offline
No cached version of this page is available.
Error 502 Bad gateway

one of your registration e-mails says which of x10hostings servers your cpanel is on, giving a url something like https://xo4.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess3199303546/frontend/x10x3/files/editit.html

you can enter your login there instead; that is up unlike the x10hosting main site.

I dont know if it is related to when you made your account or what is available, but I created my free hosting domain over four years ago and mine is xo2. My friend has xo4 and he made his last month.

unfortunately even my xo is redirecting me to the broken login page now and x10's status blog says it affects all XOs 1-5

that link throws a CloudFlare error 502 - when you try to log-in
