Resolved Cannot open website on the internet

Website URL: pubsinsouthlakes.x10host.com will not connect. I can log in via https://x10hosting.com/sso/main, and clicking on 'Open cPanel' takes me to DirectAdmin, where I am able to open and edit files. However, trying to connect to the URL produces the following message:

This site can’t be reached
pubsinsouthlakes.x10host.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
