Resolved Cant access to Cpanel and FTP.

I just tried to access to CPanel on the link https://x10hosting.com/sso/login but im getting the following error:

We're experience trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign-out and try again.

also i tried to ping on the cmd to my given server but it responds on a timeout. Can't access FTP too because the same issue, timeout, ¿what is happening?

EDIT: Im not using a VPN nor a Proxy.

I think this might be two separate issues. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and trying https://x10hosting.com/sso/login again?

As far as the timeouts, it may be an indication that your IP address is blocked. I'm told the server doesn't necessarily respond to ping requests, but FTP timeouts are definitely abnormal. What happens when you go to https://x13.x10hosting.com ?

In the second one, it shows:

Apache is functioning normally.

¿What is happening?

The second link is working, so it may have been a temporary issue. You should be able to use FTP if I'm correct.

Can you try logging in again at https://x10hosting.com/sso/main and then go to CPanel?
